Privacy policy

This website is the personal portfolio of Ashar Khalid, a software engineer based in Pakistan, working with clients internationally. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach me at asharkhalid29@gmail.com.

This site collects personal information only when you choose to send it through the contact form. That information is your name, your email address, your organisation (if you give it) and your message. I do not collect this information in any other way on this site.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

I use the information you submit through the contact form only to read and respond to your message, and to discuss any work or enquiry you have contacted me about. I do not use it for advertising, and I do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to my email inbox. I keep them there so I can respond and refer back to our conversation. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare.

I do not share your information with third parties, except where it is a necessary part of running the site (for example, the form service that delivers your message to me) or where I am required to do so by law.

You can ask me to confirm what information of yours I hold, to correct it, or to delete it. To do so, email me at asharkhalid29@gmail.com and I will action your request within a reasonable time.

I keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence. You can ask me to delete your message at any time.

This site may link to external websites, such as professional profiles. I am not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

For any questions about this policy or your information, contact me at asharkhalid29@gmail.com.
